and they’re off!
we don’t officially begin recording until monday, but somehow this whole idea has managed to stay alive through drought and famine and is about to come bursting out of the starting gate, hooves athundering, the jockey flying by the seat of her pants.
last night’s kick-off party confirmed to all involved, that this is a reality. i am beside myself, buzzing like a 100 watt globe, and perhaps just as slightly annoying as i allow myself to be swept up in my biggest personal high of 2006.
i am, once again, able to enjoy not knowing what this journey will hold.
to all my wonderful friends and supporters, thank you for your loyalty and ongoing belief. what an incredible community i am blessed to be amidst.
i will try to give lots of short updates and some snaps of the process over the next few weeks. until then, i will leave you with my favourite joke:
